BIG AV
BIG AV is a Toronto-based audio-visual and control-systems integrator and a division of Salex Inc., Ontario's largest lighting agency. Salex has specified and delivered lighting for half a century. BIG AV is the team that builds and supports the integrated systems around that work, and takes on projects of its own wherever they are.
We carry projects through design, engineering, integration, programming, commissioning, training, handover, and lifecycle support under one accountable delivery path.

A lighting agency since 1973.
Founded in 1973, Salex Inc. is an Ontario lighting agency and specification house. Its work connects design intent, product knowledge, project coordination, and contract delivery across the province.
BIG AV extends that foundation into integrated audio, video, lighting control, conferencing, signage, networking, automation, and the systems that connect them.
SECTION 3 | LEADERSHIP
George Panagopoulos, founder.
Career history: George brings more than three decades of executive, sales, design, programming, commissioning, and delivery experience across broadcast facilities, entertainment venues, commercial environments, attractions, and residences. He founded BIG AV to put that field experience behind one accountable design-to-support practice.
Before BIG AV, his career work included a forty-million-dollar studio relocation for DreamWorks Records, an unmanned twelve-camera prize centre for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, arena audio at the 6,500-seat WFCU Centre in Windsor, and attraction lighting at Little Canada in Toronto.
