BIG AV A DIVISION OF
SALEX INC.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

One contract, from design to support.

BIG AV delivers complete systems and focused specialist work with a defined scope, responsibility boundary, delivery owner, and handover.

SECTION 1 | DESIGN

Define the outcome before the equipment.

1.01Discovery and conceptWe establish how the environment will be used, what it must connect, and who is responsible for each decision. New construction, renovation, replacement, and phased modernization all begin with a clear operating outcome.
1.02Design packagesDesign can stand alone or lead into delivery. Packages may include concepts, signal flow, system drawings, equipment schedules, control intent, bills of material, specifications, and construction documents.

SECTION 2 | ENGINEER

Turn intent into coordinated information.

2.01System engineeringWe develop signal, network, power, rack, infrastructure, and control requirements as one coordinated system. Review points and revision boundaries are established before construction information is released.
2.02DocumentationDrawings, schedules, tender material, and commissioning criteria give owners, consultants, trades, and installers one technical record. The package is sized to the work, from a focused design assignment to a complete integrated project.

SECTION 3 | INTEGRATE

Build the systems as one environment.

3.01Integrated projectsBIG AV coordinates equipment, materials, project management, installation, subcontractors, and site interfaces under a defined scope. Audio, video, lighting control, conferencing, signage, and networks are delivered as connected parts of one environment.
3.02Partner deliveryManufacturers, consultants, contractors, IT firms, and out-of-market integrators can engage BIG AV for clearly bounded local assessment, installation, design support, or project delivery. Ownership, acceptance, and handover remain explicit.

SECTION 4 | PROGRAM

Make the system fit the workflow.

4.01Control and DSP programmingWe build room modes, touch-panel workflows, audio processing, scenes, and approved system actions around real use. Interfaces are kept legible so daily operation does not depend on a programmer standing in the room.
4.02Specialist deliveryProgramming, troubleshooting, documentation recovery, and project rescue can be delivered as focused assignments. White-label work for out-of-market integrators is accepted selectively with clear ownership and acceptance terms.

SECTION 5 | COMMISSION

Test the complete experience.

5.01CommissioningSystems are tuned, tested, and checked against the approved design and real operating scenarios. Material risks and incomplete interfaces are surfaced before final acceptance.
5.02Handover and trainingOperators receive practical training and the system record required to support what was delivered. Final documentation captures configuration, operation, and known responsibility boundaries.

SECTION 6 | SUPPORT

Keep the system useful.

6.01Service and stabilizationSupport can include assessment, repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and service planning. Legacy or poorly documented systems can begin with a bounded review before any larger recommendation.
6.02Lifecycle planningMonitoring, system records, phased modernization, and replacement planning reduce surprises over the life of the environment. No additional work is assumed until the next scope is agreed.

SECTION 7 | CAPABILITY

What we take responsibility for.

If it lives in your room, on your network, or on your rig, we design it, build it, program it, and stand behind it. Audio, video, lighting, control, conferencing, signage, networking, and the systems that tie them together.
