Design
Start with how the space will be used.
We work with owners, designers and project teams to define the experience, the systems required and how they connect. Concepts, system drawings, equipment schedules and specifications turn that brief into a design that can be priced and built.
Engineering
Coordinate the details before construction.
Signal flow, network requirements, power, racks, cable routes and control interfaces are developed together. We coordinate with IT, electrical and building teams so the installation fits the wider project.
Installation
Bring the design into the building.
We manage equipment, installation, specialist contractors and site coordination. Audio, video, lighting control, conferencing and networks are installed and connected as parts of the complete system.
Programming
Make the technology usable.
We program control systems, touch panels, audio processing, room modes and automation around the way people use the space. Programming can be part of a complete build or a specialist assignment for an existing project.
Commissioning
Test it in the conditions it will face.
We tune the audio, check the signals and controls, and test complete operating scenarios. Training and handover include the drawings, configurations and operating information needed to use and maintain the system.
Support
Stay involved after handover.
Service can include troubleshooting, maintenance, monitoring, repairs and system upgrades. We agree the support arrangement with each client and keep system records current as equipment and requirements change.
Working with your team
Specialist support for the wider project.
Manufacturers, consultants, contractors and integrators can bring us in for design, programming, local installation, commissioning or troubleshooting. We agree the work and the handover with your team so it fits the rest of the project.
For systems already in service, we assess what is installed, identify what can be retained and plan repairs or upgrades. Existing-system work begins with understanding the equipment and its condition.
