THE AGENTIC AI DIVISION

Meet Bradley.

Bradley is the agentic AI layer BIG AV builds into the systems we deliver, and the working core of our own operations. It reads your documentation, watches your systems, acts inside the boundaries you approve, and writes down everything it does.

Runs where you need it: on premises, in a private cloud, or enterprise-connected. Scoped to approved actions. Documented at every step.

SECTION 1 | WHAT THE LAYER DOES

Control. Create. Support.

Three jobs, one layer, always with a person holding the authority.

1.01ControlRooms, scenes, lighting, audio, video, and conferencing run through natural language and scheduled intent. Bradley works toward outcomes inside an approved action list: it can do exactly what your policies allow, and nothing else.
1.02CreateFeed the layer a specification set and it returns working engineering material: bills of material, labour breakdowns, cable schedules with industry-standard labels, scopes of work, and operator interfaces. Days of documentation become hours.
1.03SupportBradley watches the systems it knows, detects failures and drift, and reports them to the correct channel with the evidence attached: logs, configuration state, and what changed. Your team reads a resolved case, not a mystery.

SECTION 2 | THE CONTACT LAYER, ELIMINATED

Support cases that file themselves.

Most professional AV, lighting, and conferencing platforms now ship with cloud monitoring and direct-path manufacturer support programs. The support desk is there. The gap is on the customer side: somebody still has to notice the fault, reproduce it, gather the logs, open the case, chase the ticket, and write down what happened.

IT teams do not have the time or the people for that layer, so faults wait until a room fails in front of an audience.

Bradley is that layer. It detects the failure, collects the evidence, opens the case in the channel that actually reaches the manufacturer, keeps the thread moving, and documents the fix into your system record. When the same fault appears again, the correction sequence already exists.

People approve what matters. Design decisions, firmware, safety, privacy, cybersecurity, and anything that changes how a system behaves stay with qualified professionals. The layer removes the clerical work, not the accountability.

SECTION 3 | HOW IT WORKS

The agentic core.

What goes in, what the layer does, what comes out.

WHAT COMES IN

  • Specifications and drawings
  • Tender documents
  • Site surveys and photos
  • Emails and meeting notes
  • Live system telemetry

THE AGENTIC CORE

Bradley reads, acts, and remembers

Organizes project knowledge, builds the deliverables, controls systems inside approved boundaries, opens and tracks support cases, and talks to people in plain language.

Human professionals approve every design, price, and control decision.

WHAT COMES OUT

  • Bills of material and labour
  • Cable schedules, standard labels
  • Full scopes of work
  • Operator interfaces
  • Support cases opened, tracked, documented
  • System records that stay current
The loop that never sleeps. The layer learns each system's recurring faults, human errors, and manufacturer quirks, then builds correction sequences that fix them when they reappear. Every case it closes makes the next one faster.

SECTION 4 | SECURE BY DESIGN

On premises. In policy. On the record.

4.01Deployment you chooseFully on premises, private cloud, or enterprise-connected. Decided in discovery, documented in the design, never assumed.
4.02Approved actions onlyThe layer holds a scoped action list per system and per site. Anything outside it goes to a person, every time.
4.03Everything documentedEvery action, case, and change lands in the system record. Audits read like a logbook, not an investigation.
