Project delivery

Planned around an operating facility.

Infrastructure and equipment locations are coordinated with the construction and IT teams. We plan installation access, test conferencing and presentation workflows, and provide documentation and training before handover.

In occupied facilities, the sequence of work matters. We plan replacements and changeovers with the facility team, accounting for the spaces that must remain available and the access needed for future service. Ongoing support includes troubleshooting and planned system upgrades.
