Residential AV and Automation

The environment

A home that works the way you live.

BIG AV designs and delivers integrated technology for new homes and major renovations. We plan audio, video, lighting, networks and automation together, working with the homeowner, architect and construction team from infrastructure through finished controls.

The details come from daily life: where you listen to music, how rooms are used and which settings you want at a keypad or screen. Security and comfort systems can be connected into the same controls.

Systems

Throughout the residence.

Audio and private cinemaWhole-home music, dedicated listening spaces, displays, projection and cinema sound, coordinated with the rooms and their finishes.

Lighting controlKeypads, scenes and schedules for individual rooms and the whole residence, arranged around daily routines.

Home networkingWired and wireless infrastructure planned for coverage, connected systems and everyday use throughout the home.

Automation and connected systemsTouch panels, voice commands and routines that bring AV, lighting, security and comfort controls together.

Project delivery

From the drawings to daily use.

We coordinate wiring and equipment locations before finishes are complete, then install, program and test each system. Handover includes a walkthrough of the controls and the information needed for ongoing support.

Bradley adds voice interaction and automation for connected home systems, with routines and permissions agreed with the homeowner. Explore Bradley. For an existing home, we assess the installed systems and plan what to retain, connect or replace. Service includes troubleshooting, system records and planned updates.
