Project delivery

We coordinate infrastructure and installation with the fit-out team, then program and test the systems against the way staff will run the space. Audio levels, media routes and operating scenes are checked before handover, with training for the team.

For established locations, upgrades can be phased around trading hours and planned closures. New sites can build on documented standards while accounting for their layout and equipment needs. Monitoring and troubleshooting support day-to-day operation.
